Deep in the heart of Texas

The young traveler took a weekend jaunt to San Antonio to visit the Fullings recently. Even a stint in the penitentiary couldn't ruin all the fun Lennox had getting to know Emily and Addison. And he couldn't get enough of his first bull ride. Future rodeo star, perhaps?

Cow goes moo-moo

"I had a cow and the cow pleased me ..."

First words

Lennox uttered his long-awaited first words today -- two words in one day! If you know him, you will not be surprised by what they were. The first was "ball"; second was "duck."

Isn't she precious? (Sorry, Baby Boy!)

Happy birthday, Grandpa!

Grandpa Bob's 70th was quite a shindig -- family road trip to Utica, Ill., home of Starved Rock State Park and Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Resort. Lennox was working on "Bob" as his first word, but he couldn't quite pull it off. Should he wait for 71 and try again?

Pumpkin patch

Lennox checked out his first pumpkin patch last weekend. Unfortunately, it felt like July, not October (87 degrees and sunny), so he had a little trouble getting into the Halloween spirit. He enjoyed a couple of cold apple ciders, frolicked amongst the pumpkins and decided to save the pig races for a cooler day.

Brushin' em

Lennox loves to brush every night, but if you try to touch his toothbrush LOOK OUT! Never touch another man's toothbrush.

First camping trip

Papa was right. Mama was wrong. Camping with Lennox is fun. Sure, there were a few howling wake-ups here and there, but overall Lennox's first camping trip was a smash success. We joined Team Werner at Mississippi Palisades State Park over the weekend, and camping vets Jacob and Alyssa showed Lennox how it's done.

Rising sun

A little international flavor thanks to Yamadasan in Tokyo. Lennox's shirt supposedly says "Crying is My Business" on the back, but we think it may really say "Only Gaijin babies wear this stuff."
